The purpose of your role as an Administrative Assistant
Hold compliance of processes in project manager manual
Facilitate meetings required as part of the project manager's manual
Develop and confirm compliance of project manager's checklist
Coordination and distribution of weekly reports
Updating project labor for weekly workforce meeting
Typing meeting minutes
Follow up calls to project managers and foremen
Manage customer survey process
