You will join Global Sales & Success Operations which is part of Autodesk's Worldwide Sales and Services organization, a 3000 person team that values professional development and rewards high performance. Contribute to a positive working environment and maintain positive relationships with staff and vendors
Manage complex, busy calendars; coordinate business travel and itineraries
Provide administrative and clerical support including tasks such as coordinating expense reports, filing, copying, ordering supplies, setting up new hires
Plan and coordinate small meetings and events, prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and monitor action items
Gather information to help prepare reports, presentations, meeting materials

At least 3 years administrative or executive secretarial position in corporate setting
Thorough knowledge of administrative practices and procedures
Exceptional follow-through and organizational abilities
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint, along with SharePoint, Lync, web-conferencing and telepresence
Proven ability to manage small projects, work under pressure, and consistently make deadlines
Able to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality
Abundant flexibility, determination and ability to stand up to strong personalities
Able to work non-standard, flexible work hours as required
Able to work in a fast paced ever changing environment
Make business/international travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, manage travel accounts, research and obtain travel visas
