South Plains Endoscopy Center is seeking a Full-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Administrative Assistant at South Plains Endoscopy Center:
Type, proofread and file memos and other documents sometimes complex and confidential in nature in the timeframes and formats specified
Answer telephone in a professional manner, take messages, answer general questions regarding director's activities. Represent the director in a professional manner at all times
Create, organize and maintain files and records in an orderly, logical and timely manner. Produce reports and presentation using various software applications. (daily attendance reports, Kronos, PTO requests, staffing, staff meeting presentations)
Other duties may include assisting with maintaining a library of resource material, produce department meeting packets, agendas, and setting up department in-services
submits work orders and coordinates with Materials Management orders and special orders to Environmental Services etc. and follow-up to ensure completion
May assist with pulling cases and scheduling

Required Skills:
High school graduate or equivalent
Previous clerical experience in a medical setting desired
Possess the ability to perform routine clerical tasks
Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently, have cognitive skills for math, reading, computer skills, and communication skills to deal well with the public (customers) as well as peers
