SUPPORT STAFF POSITION

Administrative Assistant for Payroll & Benefits

Effective: July 15, 2024

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma w Minimum of two years related work experience preferred

• Must be proficient in CSI or like type payroll program for payroll processing

• Demonstrated Computer Proficiency

• Organizational/Time Management Skills

• Effective communication skills

• Thorough knowledge of general office procedures, office practices, office machinery, word processing, computer applications, general accounting and other general office tasks

• Ability to establish priorities, work efficiently and accurately, follow directions, and successfully complete tasks in a timely fashion

JOB GOALS:

• To prepare the district payroll and ensure proper maintenance of records relating to auditing requirements, tax laws, and employee benefit plans

REPORTS TO: Business Administrator/Board Secretary

TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: 12 Month Year
