As a key contributor to Lyon College's operational efficiency and successful event coordination, this role oversees the management of the campus calendar and facilitates room reservations, ensuring optimal utilization of college facilities for classes and events.

Serving as a central point of contact for inquiries, the assistant provides essential information to callers and visitors, while also supporting the President's Office with travel arrangements and general administrative tasks. Collaborating with the Advancement team, this professional assists in planning and executing various campus events. This multifaceted position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities within a dynamic environment.
