Work directly with the department manager and schedule meetings as assigned. Assist with special projects as directed.
Lead conference planning. Arrange appropriate meeting space and set up given meeting requirements (ex. Food ordering, technology). Send invitations to the department and invited guests
Assist with the dispatching, creating and closing work tickets.
Prepare/produce accurate documents including memos, minutes, agendas and presentations as required.
Be the primary greeter for patients, external vendors and/or others
Process team payroll with timeliness and accuracy
Support the facilities team with monitoring/receiving team e-mail, faxes, and meeting requests.
Use your strong customer service and multi-tasking abilities to support the administrative team providing support/cross coverage as needed
Work: Monday-Friday; 9:00am-5:00pm
High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
Facilities management experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to multitask in a high volume office
Must be able to work independently
Excellent written and oral communication skills
