SUMMARY:

This position will support the work of the Senior Directors, Executive Assistant, and Administrative Office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Prepare presentations for meetings as needed.

  • Schedule meetings, take minutes, type and distribute minutes.

  • Arrange rooms, catering, and sending out announcements.

  • Auditing clinical and quality measures as needed.

  • Manage data collection; enter and summarize and report as requested.

  • Assisting in management of the online learning management system (Relias).

  • Assisting in management of the online policy repository system (Policy Manager).

  • Coding and invoice tracking, including interactions with the hospital finance department.

  • Coordination and ordering of supplies for departments as needed.

  • Manage interactions with staff with consideration, fairness, equity and sensitivity to their schedule needs within the boundaries of the scheduling guidelines.

  • Edit and facilitate accuracy of automated time and attendance records; help Senior Directors to complete payroll.

  • Ability to work in an environment of strict confidentiality and maintain such an environment, both at work and in off-hours.

  • Responsible for maintaining good customer service attitude.

  • Participate in committees as assigned;

  • Perform in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulatory agency standards;

  • Perform in accordance with EPH vision, mission and goals;

  • All other duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school level or equivalent.

  • 2 years' experience in an Administrative Assistant level position desired.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and Windows 10.

  • Exceptional organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

  • Dependability and flexibility are a must for this position.

PAY RANGE:

$18.36-$25.01 per hour
