Performs administrative functions for the California Drilling operations under general supervision. Administers various maintenance programs


  • Gather daily payroll information (time collection) for processing.

  • Audit time cards for compliance with CA Meal & Rest breaks

  • Provide HR assistance for Employees

  • Process employment paperwork

  • Create purchase orders for all well service operations.

  • Maintain and update list of all Company equipment.

  • Maintain Records for all vehicles and drivers.

  • Track/maintain daily work logs from each rig.

  • Prepare specialized reports as directed by supervisor.

  • Prepare presentation books for new clients.

  • File and open mail.

  • Other duties as may be assigned.


  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Good phone presentation and etiquette

  • Detail oriented and accurate

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Strong organizational skills required
