Embark Behavioral Health is looking for an Administrative Assistant who aligns with our mission of reducing adolescent and young adult anxiety, depression and suicide to staff an OP, IOP and PHP clinic opening in Ashburn, VA in 2022. Embark operates facilities across the US that support adolescents, young adults, and their families by offering a full continuum of care from Long Term Residential and Wilderness Therapy environments to our IOP/PHP clinics to virtual outpatient care. Our local IOP/PHP clinics are a critical part of our strategy to increase access to life-saving mental health treatments for families with insurance.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide daily operational support to an experienced Executive Director and Clinical Team that are all focused on the mission to facilitate lasting positive change for young people and their families.
The Administrative Assistant is the first person families will see when entering the clinic and is a critical member of our professional staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with marketing materials and strategic planning as assigned
Responsible for responding to all incoming calls for Embark at Ashburn.
This position may be responsible for providing information to families and referral sources about our services.
Participate in team meetings as necessary.
Coordinate and facilitate family and referral partner tours.
Handling and ordering all supplies needed for the office.
Handling all outgoing mail and the postage account.
Assist in the facilitation of program events.
Facilitate with admissions processes.
Coordinate and distribute student and family outcome data.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Well organized and detail oriented
Previous experience in an Administrative roles
Bachelor's degree preferred (not required)
Committed to accurate and timely completion of work
Skill with Microsoft Office products.
Ability to quickly learn new computer programs and internet applications.
Ability to develop efficient processes.
Ability to prioritize work and follow tasks through to completion.
