Responsibilities

  • Oversee course scheduling and student attendance documentation

  • Maintain records on student population, and follow up with students with failed or incomplete courses

  • Assist in maintaining electronic records via the Campus Management System and generate course completion certificates and program diplomas

  • Help the Education Supervisor in maintaining academic materials

  • Conduct student orientations

  • Maintain instructor training and qualification files

  • Support and maintain timely processing of Student Status Change Forms
