EDENS is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Brand + Culture team in Columbia, SC working under supervision of the Senior Director of Corporate Creative Strategy. Brand + Culture employees are uniquely situated across multiple offices. This highly collaborative team is responsible for a wide range of skills including but not limited to employee engagement, communication, public relations, creative design and branding, portfolio marketing, digital marketing, retailer engagement, center and corporate events and more.

Responsibilities in this fast-paced environment include:
General Administrative Duties
- Utilize in-house digital press and bindery equipment in production, printing and shipping of marketing materials for leasing, marketing and event needs.
- Prepare communications such as memos, invoices and other correspondence.
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Traffic approvals for department budget + expenses in partnership with accounting team
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with other administrators and support staff.
- Assist with travel and managing expense reports for department leadership.
Project Management + Event Support
- Assist on key signature company events including project management, coordination and support
- Coordinate and partner with vendors on logistics and budget for internal and external gifts (holidays, meetings and special events)
- Assist with setting up new vendors for marketing services and events in addition to tracking invoices, payments and sponsorships
- Support with logistics and deadlines of key trade shows and company meetings including hotel, materials and budget
- Maintain and update photo and CRM databases; proof and update website content
- Coordinate with vendors for marketing, photography, design and printing services
Requirement
- BS/BA Preferred
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a corporate administrative role.
- Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of self-organization as well as demonstrated ability to keep others organized.
- Great degree of time-flexibility in a fast-paced, transaction-driven work environment.
- Proficiency in all key MS Office applications, especially Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Analytical ability is required to find solutions to various administrative problems and prioritize work. Must be assertive and vocal in asking for help if confused on a task or priority.
- Printing and shipping duties will require mild physical activity especially around industry and corporate events
