Overview and Essential Functions CAVO Broadband Communications is currently hiring and Administrative Assistant to join our team to help connect America. As a full service telecommunications company, we specialize in building, maintaining, and managing some of the largest upgrades, rebuilds and new builds as well as a wide range of services including performing residential and/or multi-dwelling unit cable television, high speed data and/or telephony installations from the tap to the customer premise equipment in a safe, courteous and efficient manner to exact client specifications.

What you'll do… Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Prepares and distributes daily/weekly/monthly reports. Reconciles credit card charges and prepares statements for approval.

Reviews spend data and provide analysis to enable cost containment. Makes travel and hotel arrangements for support staff and field operations. Provides administrative support to Corporate Centers Prioritize and coordinate with internal teams to deliver work product within commitment dates and times.

Ability to quickly analyze a situation and develop a solution while working with various teams to meet goals. Apply critical thinking skills to understand problems, analyze facts and anticipate results to make decisions based on available information. The ability to work within the Microsoft Office Suite Answers customer and other calls with a "face of the company" attitude.

Assists with ordering office supplies/managing cost. Assists with general office duties, as assigned. Qualifications Required skills for success:
