The Administrative Assistant for Radiometer is responsible for providing excellent administrative support to all our teams.

This position is part of the administrative support team located in Brea, California and will be hybrid. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

You will be a part of the Administration Team and report to the Sr. Support Specialist responsible for providing excellent administrative support to every Radiometer team to help ensure the success of the organization. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Plan and coordinate on and off-site meetings from start to finish including arranging hotel contracts, food and beverage, and audio visual needs

  • Manage Brea office needs as well as own Brea-based purchase orders and check requests including vendor setups, approvals, creation and closing.

  • Support regional sales trade shows registrations as well as actively partner in the planning, support, setup and execution of the company's annual national kick-off meeting and national medical conferences.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • 3 years administrative experience required.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • High School Diploma

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Purchase order process

  • Event planning including contracting with hotels

This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement in which you can work part-time at the Company location identified above and part-time remotely from your home. The hourly range for this role is $20-$26/hr. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
