Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate associate
Greet and direct visitors
Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
Perform administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors and departments
Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing and filing
Manages the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image
Qualifications and Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong communication skills necessary
Ability to manage multiple priorities and be a self-starter
Must be detail oriented
Must have excellent organizational skills
Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
2-3 years' experience
Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
