SUMMARY: Provide support for the Service Manager, including the maintenance system and maintenance facilities.
Implement current administrative procedures in order to serve internal and external customer base. Work with team to establish areas of improvement and contribute to team efforts towards goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Monitor, maintain, and distribute maintenance system key factor documents.
Create management reports within TMT or other sources
Fax service PM for to proper locations
Aid Foreman in maintaining PM forms and other required forms/documents
Assist Parts Manager with receiving and stocking parts as well as daily flow items as necessary
Prep RO's for closing
Order parts and services from outside vendors as necessary
Maintain warranty parts/cores as assigned
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
Must be able to use Excel / Word (MS Office)

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent required, prior transportation experience preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in standardized situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Must be able to deal with a variety of personalities and diffuse a variety of situations.
