Looking to hire an Administrative Assistant in Santa Barbara, CA. The correct candidate will support departmental needs, as well as other clerical duties.Job Responsibilities:
- Customer service oriented interpersonal skills.
- Scanning/Imaging experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office and Google Suite experience.
- Organizing files (both physical and electronic).
- Answering phone calls and reroute if necessary.
- Other duties may be assigned to support the department.
