Summary:
Responsible for providing secretarial services to the Senior Vice President/ Credit Department by managing access to the Senior Vice President, typing correspondence, answering phones and assisting callers by answering questions or forwarding calls to appropriate personnel, opening and routing incoming mail, transcribing the minutes of meetings, and maintaining files. Responsible for preparing time-sensitive spreadsheet reports relating to delinquent loans and charge-offs, providing administrative support to facilitate the completion of audits.
Qualifications & Education:
Associates degree required or four years of directly related experience
1-2 years general work experience required
Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point required
Knowledge of lending products preferred

Job Duties:
Performs a variety of secretarial duties for the Senior Vice President/ Credit Department by managing access to the Senior Vice President, typing correspondence, answering phones and assisting callers by answering questions or forwarding calls to appropriate personnel, opening and routing incoming mail, transcribing the minutes of meetings, and maintaining files.
Prepares time-sensitive spreadsheet reports relating to delinquent loans and charge offs by receiving data from the Senior Vice President, entering data into a spreadsheet, analyzing data as per instructions received by entering spreadsheet formulas, embedding charts and graphs as needed, formatting reports for printing, and sending reports to the senior management.
Prepares schedules of requested and approved time off for the coming year by entering information into a computer calendar application, differentiating the type of paid time off, alerting the Senior Vice President of possible problem areas, and disseminating the calendar within the Credit Department. Prepares a coverage schedule for the department to ensure proper coverage when staff members are absent.
Purchases office supplies for the Credit Department by monitoring inventory levels and preparing purchase orders. Arranges for the maintenance and repair of office equipment by contact outside vendors.
Prepares slide presentations for the Senior Vice President as per instructions received. Makes recommendations to improve the presentation.
Provides administrative support to facilitate the completion of audits by assembling records as directed; preparing folders for the auditors; following up with supervisors on any outstanding audit report items until resolution; and preparing communications to members.
Updates policies and procedures based on Board instructions by entering changes into a Word document and communicating changes to Training to update changes into internal systems.
Expedites the resolution of problems that may require the attention of the Senior Vice President.
The good faith range for this position is $27.50 to 32.50 an hour. This range is an estimate based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as ermitted by applicable law.
