About the Team

The Creative Services Assistant is a crucial member of the Williams-Sonoma Brand Creative Services team, which includes Catalog, Design, Packaging, PR, Marketing, and Content. This person provides Executive Administration support to the Senior VP of Creative, in addition to supporting the 67-person Creative Services department and championing the culture of this fast-paced, dynamic studio.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will...

  • Manage calendars and schedules for SVP, 2 VP's, and 3 Directors.

  • Arrange domestic and international travel; orchestrate itinerary details.

  • Create and reconcile expense reports; review department expenses for approval.

  • Filing and organizing of creative assets, project materials, and documents.

  • Process invoices and set up new vendors for the Creative Services team.

  • Maintain department contact lists.

  • Organize and prepare meeting agendas and creative presentation materials.

  • Facilitate the on-boarding process for all new hires.

  • Work closely and collaboratively with all levels of management.

  • Provide general support to visitors and other external inquiries.

  • Liaison for special events, coordinating as needed.

  • Perform and prioritize special projects as directed.

  • Overall point-of-contact for department-related operations.

  • Ensure the team is supported in a positive and efficient manner.

About the Role In this role, you will report to a Buyer and oversee a range of products.
