OfficeTeam currently is searching for an Administrative Assistants with experience in construction. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, such as handling phone calls and mail, greeting clients and updating records. ?The Administrative Assistant Coordinates reporting received from employees, including routing for initial review and follow-up regarding missing reports and/or details. ?Organizes records containing all reports from employees and distribution of approved reports. ?Handles client requested revisions with management approval. ?Ensures report tracking spreadsheets are thoroughly and timely updated, which includes follow-up with employees. ?Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. ?Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail.
?The Administrative Assistant should have a working knowledge of the principles and terminology. ?Prior experience in the Construction Industry is preferred. ?College Degree related to the Construction field is a plus. ?Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. ?Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are necessary. ?Excellent follow-up skills and attention to detail are required.
