Administrative Assistant, Clinical Training
Pay: $19.00 per hour (experience will be compensated)
Schedule: Full-time, 32 hours per week
Shift times: Schedule will vary alongside training cycles
Onsite training days are generally 9:00am
4:30pm. For administrative work, there will be more flexible start/end times but typically between 8:00am/10:00am and ending 4:00pm/6:00pm.
Location: Vandalia Health Center (671 Vandalia St, St Paul MN 55114), Admin work done remotely when approved by manager.

Comprehensive paid training for all health services positions & flexibility with hours per week during training. Training includes classroom, mock clinic, and shadowing shifts.
Shift differentials:
$1.50/hour (weekend), $3.00/hour (evening), $4.00/hour (float/travel), $2.00/hour (Bilingual), and $3.00/hour (ultrasound)
Travel reimbursement.
Schedules created & sent out 6 weeks in advance.
Option of picking up additional shifts, including at other locations other than your "home" clinic.
Minimum Qualifications:
1-3 years' experience as an administrative assistant
1-3 years' experience handling confidential and sensitive materials in a cross-functional environment.
Experience working with multiple departments or stakeholders
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Supports Clinical Training and Development Specialists in the Clinical Training department, including providing meeting support (e.g., agendas, minutes, follow-up items), organizing key organizational documents (e.g., audits, competencies, quick guides, onboarding documentation, etc.), and providing calendar support to team leadership.
Helps design, maintain, coordinate and facilitate Planned Parenthood's New Employee Welcome program, and all systems related to onboarding.
Maintains systems for evaluating the effectiveness of all training efforts across the organization to ensure the accuracy, consistency and quality of training being provided.
Tracks and maintains applicable standard operating procedures, records and completed competency checklists for Clinical Training.
Performs office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, NEW, organizing events, and ordering supplies.
Serves as main contact and distribution source for clinical training requests from health services.
Provides excellent customer service to staff requiring assistance
Performs other duties as assigned
Immunization Requirements:
Hepatitis B vaccination records and titers
Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR) vaccination records or proof of immunization
Chicken Pox vaccination records or proof of immunization
Tetanus shot documentation
Tuberculosis PPD Skin Test that is no older than 12 months
