Venice Family Clinic has eleven clinical sites with over 350 staff, 1,700 volunteers, and a budget of $50 million. Utilize your skills and abilities while growing in your career as an Administrative Assistant for our Clinical Operations and Compliance team. In this role, the Administrative Assistant will provide direct administrative, operational and technical support to our Venice Family Clinic's Director of Clinical Operations and, under their direction, provides support to the Operations Department as a whole. This position has a fixed hybrid schedule, which requires on-site work 3-days per week.
Salary Range: $28.23-$40.44 Hourly

Required:
At least 2 years of work experience in an administrative assistant, project assistant or similar role.
Demonstrated skill in the use of PC computers and software programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat.
Skill in setting priorities which accurately reflect the routine importance and job responsibilities.
Skill in completing a variety of duties effectively under conditions of fluctuating workload, changing priorities and frequent interruptions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and skill in editing documents for spelling, punctuation, grammar and clarity.
Ability to organize requests for meeting rooms and set-ups for meetings and other gatherings working with various departments, units and individuals.
Ability to organize a variety of systems/procedures for increased efficiency of information flow and record maintenance
Ability to work independently, takes initiative, participate as an effective team member and follow tasks through to completion.
Strong ability to maintain the integrity of confidential information. Demonstrates professional appearance and demeanor.
