Job Description Summary
To join our team as an experienced Executive Assistant! The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for the Senior Vice President of Central Client Delivery. The Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to the regional leadership team; organizes and coordinates outreach and external correspondence and serves as project manager for region wide administrative projects.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working within a small, entrepreneurial environment that is mission, results, and community driven. They will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Executive Assistant will have the ability to work independently and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the SVP including managing an extremely active calendar; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas.
Plans, coordinates and ensures the SVP's schedule is updated and followed by stakeholders.
Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the SVP, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the SVP and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with executive leadership team.
Coordinate SVP's travel arrangements, lodging, and meal planning as needed.
Works closely and effectively with the SVP to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting emails, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the SVP's ability to effectively lead the company.
Prioritizes conflicting needs; proactively follow through to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
Always maintains discretion and confidentiality.
Assists in coordinating the agenda of regional leadership team meetings, regional newsletters and townhall events throughout the region.
Follows up on contacts made by the SVP and supports the cultivation of ongoing relationships.
Supports Regional administrative projects managing with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success and completion as defined by scope, budget and timeline.
Monitor regional administrative projects and coordinate with appropriate stakeholders to be able to give reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
Additional Job Description
5 years of applicable Executive Assistant experience supporting a Senior Executive, or equivalent
Demonstrated Project Management experience
Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly and attention to detail.
Extraordinarily strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including executive leadership team, board members, clients and employees.
Expert level written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and other communication software
