The successful candidate may also assist in trial preparation as well as learn litigation software and paralegal duties. An Administrative Legal Clerk who is highly organized, proactive, responsive, professional and vigilant to detail will have a fluid transition into HPY.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* E-file and paper file documents with local, state, federal and appellate courts
* Handle the incoming and outgoing mail for the attorneys supported
* Maintain team and court calendars and keep attorneys aware of scheduled events and approaching deadlines
