Our client, a well established and industry trusted Cannabis Testing Laboratory in Los Angeles, is seeking an Administrative Assistant.
In this position you will be coordinatingschedulesfor the President and Director of Operations, communicating with clients, and requires previous experience as an Administrative Assistant.
This is a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities while maintaining confidence, composure and confidentiality in all situations.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Manage executives schedules, calendars and appointments
Assist with customer support and sales
Coordinate scheduling of interviews with viable candidates
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned or required.
Education and Skills Requirements
Bachelors degree or Associates degree required.
2-3 years progressively responsible experience in assigned or related field.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Computer skills: Microsoft Office. Microsoft Outlook. PC, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Customer service skills
Strong Excel and analysis knowledge is required
Positive attitude, detail oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
