As an Administrative Assistant, you will meet and greet clients upon arrival, process daily receipts and post accordingly, manage office supplies, prepare and assemble tax returns in accordance with industry specifications, resolve client and team member questions, process and distribute mail, keep front desk area presentable, work closely with accountants to help correlate, prepare, and process tax documents as needed, keep track of company staff memberships and dues to various organizations, and assist with payroll responsibilities. Answer a multi-line phone Route and enter client paperwork Manage meeting calendarsOTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 2 years of administrative experience with an Associate's degree or 4 years of experience with no degree At least 1 year of experience providing customer service to clients and working with the public Tax / accounting industry experience is a plus Payroll experience is a plus Intermediate MSWD skills Basic to intermediate Excel skills Experience using the calendar and scheduling in Outlook Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAPPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Fax a Rsum:
