SUMMARY
The Administrative Assistant facilitates the efficient operation of the assigned department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Creates daily schedule for RBTs with clients
Maintains current schedule within the electronic visit verification online platform
Monitors and adjusts schedules as needed on a daily basis
Prepares and converts sessions to billable claims
Maintains client files
Creates and maintains client in-home binders
Creates and maintains binders for new ABA staff
Performs general office duties and other tasks as assigned by director.
Manage and increase client intakes, answering phones, conducting new client intakes, and scheduling appointments.
Submit behavior plans and progress reports on the EQ Health portal in a timely manner.
Assist clients in utilizing the EHR Patient Portal, Docusign, and/or Adobe Sign for document completion and electronic payments.
Assist in onboarding new ABA staff, applying for Medicaid numbers, NPI, and school badges.
Travel locally to other facilities (up to 25%).

Good manual dexterity is required to use common office equipment (e.g., computers, mobile devices, calculators, copiers, scanners). There is also an occasional need to position self to maintain equipment, including under tables and desks as well as the ability to move about the office and common office areas.
