Broadcom is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the FOPD Business Unit. This individual will be an integral part of our leadership team, providing support and recommending organizational solutions that improve our effectiveness.
Support of the management team with various tasks including but not limited to:
Organizational management for senior leadership team, meetings, agendas, effectiveness
Event planning and support for trade shows
Prepare presentations in slides & powerpoint, utilizing data from sheets & excel
Expense report processing
Assist staff with travel coordination
Maintain up to date organizational charts, contact lists and email alias lists
Purchase order generation and invoice processing. Manage all open purchase orders. Work with vendors and project managers to ensure billing occurs in timely manner
Coordinate team meetings and events
Assist with audio, visual and web conferencing
Perform general office administration duties such as ordering supplies and equipment.
Assist team with projects as needed.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the demonstrated ability to anticipate executive leadership team needs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous Administrative Assistant experience in a fast-paced work environment a plus
Strong calendar management skills
Proficiency in gSuite collaboration tools preferred; Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Previous experience opening purchase orders and processing invoices. Oracle experience preferred.
Must have strong initiative, self-motivation and high standards of excellence
Ability to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships
Exercise discretion and judgment in handling highly sensitive and confidential information
Exceptional organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
Ability to juggle multiple tasks with accuracy and achieve deadlines under pressure
