Baptist Health is hiring an Administrative Assistant to join the Baptist MD Anderson Medical Oncology Clinic - Head & Neck Surgery. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity located in downtown Jacksonville.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and directing office operation of the adult nursing dept.

• Supervision of two or more staff.

• Assure efficient office operations and meeting the needs of administrative staff.

• Works with deadlines, reports, and multiple simultaneous projects.

• May handle detailed, complex and sensitive materials.

• Performs daily secretarial support - reports, data entry, scheduling, minutes, supply mgt, telephone skills, etc.

• Processing reimbursement for travel and professional.

• Transcribe papers for presentation, power points and professional memos and letters
