InterMetro Industries is seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Human Resources Department. This position provides administrative support to the Human Resources, Operations, and Sales Departments.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Performs clerical and administrative duties in Spanish and English.

  • Maintains HRIS system integrity.

  • Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.

  • Generates reports, handles multiple projects and prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports.

  • Prepares correspondence/spreadsheets/presentations/reports.

  • Sends and receive faxes, mail and courier parcels for the office; prioritize and distribute as appropriate.

  • Processes all banking modifications for employees and vendors into ERP system.

  • Processes incoming check and cash deposits.

  • Serves as backup to Payroll Supervisor.

  • Schedules candidate interviews/hotel/travel arrangements.

  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

  • Possesses knowledge and understanding of the InterMetro Code of Business Ethics.

  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • One to four years of relevant experience required.

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish fluently speak, read and write required.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Knowledge of the different departments in hospital BH or Acute and the unique requirements for each. Involved in HR functions such as recruitment, and promotions. Strong leadership skills; specific construction implementation experience, some development experience, code and permit knowledge, negotiating skills, strong interpersonal skills to lead vendors, solid business decision making skills.
