Seeking a Full Time Administrative Assistant for our Behavioral Health Community Partners (BHCP) program!
Massachusetts residents may qualify for a $4,000 Sign-On Bonus through the Massachusetts HireNow Program.
The Administrative Assistant will manage the administrative activities of the program supporting Riverside's Care Coordination Teams within the BHCP.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Managing the flow of data, communication and information between the BH CP Team Program Director, BHCP administrative team and the Care Coordination Team
Collaboration and communication with key contacts, including our ACO/MCO contracted partners, ACCS, DMH and MassHealth
Facilitating timely responses to requests for information, and documentation
Assisting with member record reviews and audits, data entry and verification
Maintaining & organizing necessary databases & files
Filing, copying, telephone screening and performing other functions necessary for managing the administrative operation of the program.
The ideal candidate is a friendly, respectful, flexible, well-organized, reliable individual with good computer, problem-solving and communication skills who is comfortable with multi-tasking, independent work, and working and as a member of a team.
Required Skills
Strong (intermediate to advanced) computer fluency required, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, internet, email, operating within the organization's network, and the ability to create and maintain computer files according to division standards
Excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal, and organizational skills required
Required Experience
Associates degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience working in human services or medical field strongly preferred.
