To assist Supervisor, Account Manager and ASRs in servicing of all business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
Service account with direct supervision from Account Manager, Senior ASR or ASR Supervisor.
Assist in obtaining basic client information, coverage specifics, loss history and other information necessary to prepare company applications/quotes for new/renewal business.
Assist in preparing final insurance company applications and attachments, accurately and completely, for submission. Track and obtain outstanding orders/request.
Prepare and issue binders, invoices, certificates, auto ID cards, cancellation notices, tax filings and countersignatures on new and renewal business. Proof policies, process endorsements, audits, complete reporting forms, and initiate needed corrections to insure accuracy and completion of ratings, dates, coverage, signatures, attachments, etc. Request MVRs. Enter and change detail in Rumba. Process incoming and outgoing mail. Process and track accounting discrepancies.
Collect outstanding premiums due the agency, establish payment plans, check accuracy of commissions and reconcile accounts.

3.Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
