Our client, a company in NYC, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support their team. This is a well-known company that has a warm and welcoming environment. They are looking for candidates who have an "all hands on deck" mentality and who are ready to learn and grow! They are looking for a fantastic Administrative Assistant to join the team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$75k

Position Overview:

This well-known Media agency is looking for an Administrative Assistant to help support the needs of their ever-growing and evolving business. As the Administrative Assistant, you will be an important member of the team, providing administrative support services to a team of six. This position is the go-to in the department and a trusted member of the group.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

  • Maintain team's schedule, including booking conference rooms, in-house lunches, team meetings, and more.
  • Review correspondence and prioritize incoming calls, emails, etc., as needed.
  • Schedule meetings and events.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Arrange team functions and dinners.
  • Create and edit PowerPoint presentations.

Required Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant:

  • 4 years of Administrative Assistant experience, within Finance, Fintech, or technology fields.
  • Experience using Word, Excel, Adobe & Outlook.
  • Strong problem-solving skills. Experience within Concur.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and re-prioritize as needed.
  • Focus on quality and strong attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented approach.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
