Job Summary: Under the direction of the Athletic Directors, is responsible for performing administrative assistant duties in the daily operations of the district athletic programs. This position has workspace at both Snohomish High School and Glacier Peak High School; hours are split between both buildings. Specific responsibilities for this position are as described on the attached job description.
Salary Range: $28.85 - $32.65 per hour Level D Office Personnel of the 2023-24 Public School Employees Salary Schedule; Pay rates will increase to $30.78 - $34.77 per hour effective 9/1/24.
Above pay rates do not include holiday and pay in lieu of vacation, which increases the hourly compensation.
Work Year: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 10 months/year. Position to start as soon as possible. The work calendar is approximately Aug. 7 through June 26. Enjoy time off during spring break, winter break, and summer, plus 11 paid holidays.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Business training and/or three years of administrative assistant/secretarial experience including computer literacy, budget analysis or fiscal management and records maintenance.
Office experience in secondary schools is preferred.
Blood Borne Pathogen Training, provided at time of hire
