This position is a combination of administrative support and operations coordination duties. The successful individual will be responsible for supporting operations by completing administrative tasks for the ops and leadership teams. You will be completing data entry and reporting for a busy warehouse. This position will double as the receptionist for the facility, but primary job duties will be administratively supporting the operations team. This is a partial list of job duties meant to give you a generalized idea of the position. You can expect more duties to be assigned as needed, and for duties to change without notice in order to support the business.

  • Qualifications -

  • At least one year of administrative experience.

  • Very high attention to detail.

  • Pro-active, self-starter who is able to take control of their job duties.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly organized with a very high attention to detail.

  • Approachable and able to communicate in a friendly manner across multiple levels of an organization.

  • Able to hold information to the highest level of confidentiality.

  • Physical Requirements -

  • This position is based inside a warehouse environment.

  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs.

  • Although administrative in nature, this position will require the individual to be within the warehouse throughout the day.

  • Sitting for prolonged period of time. Generally 50% of shift, based on an 8 hour shift.

  • Ability to alternate sitting and standing through the day.

  • Ability to walk, stand, lift, push, pull, bend, squat, kneel through a shift.
