Administrative Assistant
Provides overall administrative support to the Corporate Compliance Department with a focus on the Credentialing team. Participates in the completion of special projects for department leadership maintaining various databases.
Job Duties:
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Corporate Compliance Credentialing team.
Responsible for managing the Credentialing email inbox, including categorizing incoming communication, delegating, electronic filing, and creation of corresponding tickets in the FreshService ticketing system.
Supports the daily maintenance of the FreshService ticketing system for the Credentialing team.
Reviews, sorts, and distributes mail for the Corporate Compliance department, including electronic mail received through Medistream.
Assists with adding users to access Medicaid portals for billing purposes.
Carries out administrative duties such as scanning and filing documents within OneDrive, Asana, ALMS, copying, binding, etc.
Maintains hard copy and electronic Corporate Compliance Regulatory Binders; prints and ships Corporate Compliance Regulatory Binders as requested by the Credentialing team.
Maintains various databases and spreadsheets as requested; clinical license uploads to NSC, clinical random monthly verification, etc.
Maintains certain functions of the clinical license process, check request process and bond request process.
Assists with special projects to include but not limited to mailings, acquisition documentation, cover letters, etc.
May act as an administrative liaison between Corporate Compliance and high-level staff such as senior vice presidents, presidents, CEOs, and chief executives. May require handling of confidential non-routine information.
Works independently and in conjunction with the Credentialing team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects.
Coordinates special projects as requested.
Assists with various license renewal and Medicare-related tasks as specified by the Compliance Licensing Manager.
Maintains patient confidentiality and function within the guidelines of HIPAA.
Completes assigned compliance training and other educational programs as required.
Maintains compliance with AdaptHealth's Compliance Program.
Performs other related duties as requested or assigned.

Requirements
Minimum Job Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalency required, Associates degree with a concentration in business preferred.
Two (2) years related experience is required and may be general clerical experience
Exact experience considered is Administrative Assistant or Secretary.
