Working Hours: Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break. Occasional late evenings, Saturdays, and holidays may be required during peak enrollment periods or for additional campus coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:

  • Act as the primary contact for students, staff, and external agencies regarding administrative and athletic matters.

  • Provide exceptional service, addressing inquiries promptly and efficiently.

  • Streamline Administrative Processes:

  • Manage and distribute bus passes seamlessly.

  • Execute essential office tasks, including scanning, faxing, and filing, with precision.

  • Coordinate and Manage Testing:

  • Master the use of ATI and College Source systems.

  • Oversee the scheduling and coordination of tests, ensuring accurate record-keeping and availability of materials.

  • Uphold testing policies and provide robust administrative support to the testing department.

  • Empower the Dean of Instruction:

  • Update and maintain the Faculty Credentialing Database meticulously.

  • Scan and organize transcripts of new faculty candidates efficiently.

  • Monitor and manage the Faculty Request email, addressing requests for substitutes, incomplete grades, grade changes, and general support.

  • Verify faculty meeting attendance with attention to detail.

  • Maintain an updated faculty listing spreadsheet with essential contact information, credentials, transcript status, and BSC faculty rank.

  • Assist in building and updating the schedule in Banner, coordinating room assignments as needed.

  • Distribute certificates upon completion of workshops for faculty onboarding and development.

  • Reset faculty passwords in Banner promptly.

  • Craft and send communications effectively.

  • Contribute to Special Projects:

  • Tackle additional tasks and special projects assigned by the Dean with enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in managing records and ensuring accuracy in all tasks.

The selected candidate's actual base pay for this role will take into account a wide range of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. At Bryant & Stratton College, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Information about the total compensation package for this position will be provided during the interview process.

NON-EXEMPT POSITION:

SALARY RANGE:

$37,000 - $40,000 ($18.02 - $19.23 per hour)

This position is eligible for overtime.
