Department: High School Campus or District Office Department

Reports to: Director, Assistant Principal or Principal

Term: 12 Months

Full time: 40 hours per week

Position Summary: The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the assigned department or campus office, serving as a clerical and technical support person for the assigned areas.

Training and Experience:

• High School Diploma.

• Two or more years of secretarial/clerical experience preferred.

• Office management preferred.

• Previous experience in a similar position preferred.
