This position provides project administration, and support for the portfolio through the organization and implementation of project best practices, with the oversight from the Program Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Manages portfolio wide contact information for set buildings and team members
Creates, documents, and distributes program HID
System maintenance; updating user and building profiles, and data reporting, etc.
Maintains and monitors project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures
Documents and follows up on important actions and decisions from meetings
Assist in ensuring quality control of our data to ensure deliverables meet requirements
Coordinate's trainings, team events, and other meetings
Oversees employee onboarding, offboarding and audits
Perform other administrative functions as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in business or related field of study.
Minimum of 2 years of work-related experience such as Admin Assistant, and/or Coordinator.
Candidate must be proficient in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Experience in a position requiring problem solving and independent thinking.
Self-starter who can effectively manage priorities and work collaboratively with others.
Demonstrated ability to think creatively, to work independently and effectively in an ambiguous and changing environment.
Ability to take responsibility and ownership for delivering on all assigned tasks.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks within set deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
ABM
