Be the "face" of one of our outpatient or hospital facilities-and use your administrative skills to impact the lives of our patients and their families. In this support role you will ensure the timely and accurate completion of change requisitions, treatment logs, patient charts, invoices and purchase orders. You also will assist patients with transportation arrangements and physician appointments.

We seek a personable individual with excellent computer and clerical skills (Microsoft Office). You must type 60 WPM and have a high school diploma or GED. Medical secretary or secretarial certification is preferred-as is at least 1 year in a related administrative position in a medical setting.

As the Contract & Compliance Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient compliance by the company, including support on a project-level basis. You will be responsible for vendor management, compliance and managing ongoing projects as well as perform general and specific tasks to support the Executive team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Ensure Company contracts, the vendor management system, and corporate compliance functions are in place and effectively performed * Support the Executive team; CEO, CFO and General Counsel * Electronic organization of records * Data entry in proprietary databases and Excel * Ensure proper documentation and data is received in a timely manner * Maintains and updates hard-copy and electronic filing system for the company. Retrieves information from files when needed. * Communicates and coordinates with external vendors, internal departments and management * Effectively communicates both verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide response to inquiries * Support various efforts carried out by team members * Responsible for analyzing metrics to improve processes and effectively communicate alternate solutions * Ensure all documents and presentations adhere to company's standards, processes, policies and procedures * Direct and manage project development from beginning to end * Develop project plans and associated communications documents * Effectively communicate project expectation to team members in a timely and clear fashion * Maintains workflow by studying best practice methods and developing reporting procedures * Communicates with individuals/employees at all levels of the company to gather and convey information * Handling sensitive information requiring a high degree of discretion and absolute confidentiality * Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions * Prepares correspondence, memorandums and reports * Performs diverse administrative duties * Provides information by answering questions, requests and completing required forms * Provides administrative support for day-to-day activities and long-term projects * Handling arrangements for all types and levels of meetings, both internal and external * Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed * Maintain company certification(s) by performing certification requirements and audits * Keep up to date with all state licensing * Performs other duties as assigned SKILLS * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Proven experience of producing correspondence and documents * Proven experience in information and communication management * Experience with proper planning and organizing * Customer-service orientation * Initiative * Excellent Interpersonal skills * Maintain confidentiality * Detail orientated and conscientious * Proper time management * Ability to multitask * Mature/sound judgment * Reliable * MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint * Adaptability to new systems and environments * Strong computer, communication and math skills EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS * High school graduate or equivalent required * Two years of industry knowledge preferred * Knowledge of the FDCPA,FCRA,HIPAA and State Consumer protection Laws * Knowledge and experience of relevant software applications - spreadsheets, word processing, and database management We are proud to be an EOE/AA Employer (Minority/Female/Disabled/Veteran) - We maintain a drug-free workplace and perform pre-employment substance abuse testing.
