The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support for the HG East Development Department. Prepares various documents including letters of correspondence; maintains an administrative filing system. As a representative and team member of the company, this position is expected to present oneself in a manner that reflects professionalism.
Work Duties
Act as a liaison between departments for coordination of services;
Prepares letters of correspondence, memorandums, reports, forms, etc.;
Send out notices for meetings;
Creates agendas, prepares minutes and distributes reports and materials for various meetings as required, using appropriate software;
Organize and manages an administrative filing system to maintain federal and state regulations and other required administrative documents;
Initiate regular conversation to ensure outcomes are met.
Show ability and willingness to contribute to team through effective communication; follow team standards; engage in team decision-making and problem solving; offer new ideas and suggestions to maximize team performance; take part in team and company meetings.
Willing to obtain notary license, covered by organization
Maintains confidentiality as required;
Punctual and regular in attendance;
Performs related essential duties as required.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Two years junior college or related vocational training or experience equivalent to.
At least two years of clerical experience, or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.
Proficient with Outlook, Teams, Excel etc
Self-motivated and organized

Compensation: $24-28.75/hr depending on experience
