Job Description
The Administrative and Fiscal Assistant serves the Undergraduate Education unit housed in Burruss 104, providing the team with reception, fiscal, and administrative support along with direct administrative assistance for the Assistant Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education.
Required Qualifications
Experience in reception and customer service.
Experience working in an office environment.
Experience working as an administrative assistant or related position.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google suite.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing calendars.
Experience with purchasing processes.
Experience with travel planning.
Experience working at a college or university.
