We're on the lookout for a top-tier Administrative Analyst to join our dynamic Insights and Analytics team! As the right hand to our Vice President of Insights & Analytics and Revenue Growth Management, you will provide unparalleled administrative support while diving deep into the world of data analysis. We're seeking someone who not only excels in managing schedules and correspondence, but who is also ready to crunch numbers and uncover valuable insights that drive our decision-making process. The role will be based out of Battle Creek, MI and will work in a flexible, hybrid model with weekly in-office days.
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, proactive approach, as well as a willingness to learn and adapt. Leveraging data and tools to fuel fact-based strategies you will help propel our company forward. You will be a key player in shaping the future of our business through the power of insights. Fostering a culture of teamwork, you will collaborate with other team members to support company-wide initiatives and projects.
A Taste of What You'll Be Doing
We're Looking for Someone With
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or similar role. Including excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software is a must.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
