The Administrative Analyst role will be a multi-faceted team player role which will cover a wide range of job responsibilities for our Kroger office. Key job functions will range from traditional administrative/office manager responsibilities to critical detail-oriented data processing work for our clients and for Kroger. Examples of data processing work will include completing the evaluation of deductions from Kroger for our clients, completing seasonal allocation forms, completing the promotional forms needed for display. Additional examples of the more traditional administrative work are organizing client lunches during office visits, ensuring office supplies are maintained, and working to ensure the office runs at an efficient manner.

Other job duties:

  • Schedule and complete drop-off of samples to Kroger Home Office
  • Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among team and clients
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office- Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word
  • Assist Operations Team in making Harvest a great place to work!

This is currently planned as a 30 hour per week position, but with the right person and right impact it could transition into a full-time role.
