IDS' Senior Vice President/Chief Management Officer is hiring an Administration Manager. This is a new position for the company; expect daily duties to be diverse, ranging from administrative (office manager) to helping execute the tactics she is deploying that make our CEO's vision a reality.
If 9am-5pm is your ideal schedule, this position isn't for you. If ambiguity is your enemy, this position isn't for you. If perfection is your friend, this position absolutely isn't for you. Our priorities constantly ebb and flow, therefore you must be able to quickly adjust your schedule and support. One day you may be developing a communications plan for an event we are exhibiting at and the next, you might be helping our HR department find a purple unicorn candidate for a position in the middle east.
You will be in the room with IDS' executive leadership, therefore you must be discrete and mature. You will be reminding C-suites of their commitments and ensuring the rest of the company is keeping them apprised of issues.
Own and deliver on all of this and your next step could be Administration Director or even Chief of Staff.
