DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The Organizational Development Program Manager is responsible for the design, planning, implementation, coordination and tracking of a wide variety of workforce programs and initiatives - everything from employee engagement to succession planning and more.
You will work independently to identify issues or problems within specialized areas and research issues, coordinate activities on the organization's behalf and prioritize tasks with competing deadlines.
As the Program Manager, Organizational Development, you will:
Create, align and embed a competency framework and individual assessment tools that map to the levels and needs of the organization; ensure a robust, disciplined, and integrated approach to performance management and talent management
Design and implement feedback mechanisms which enable continuous improvements of change methodology within all layers of the organization
Design evidence-based organization development programs to align systems, process, competence and behavior in support of the organization's strategic principles and value proposition
Develop and lead the strategy, planning, and execution for all leadership and management development programs and experiences
Develop strategy and implementation plans to ensure current and future gaps in management and leadership capabilities based on short and long-term strategic objectives
Identify critical factors in planning change across complex, multi-site locations; identifying risks and creating mitigation plans
Lead the design and delivery of foundational Talent Management, and Leadership Development initiatives to ensure alignment with organization pillars and achievement of organizational objectives
Lead the development and sustainment of a comprehensive enterprise change management strategy and methodology
Partner with HR Teams on the alignment of communications and training strategies designed to drive change goals
Partner with the key enterprise stakeholders to assess the organization's capacity to absorb the scale of change interventions and highlight the potential risks and impact on business performance
Support a community of internal change management practitioners, providing subject matter expertise to ensure quality delivery of change management activities
And other duties as assigned.
There are no major sources of discomfort, i.e., essentially normal office environment with acceptable lighting, temperature and air conditions. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Political Science, Psychology or a closely related field.
Six years of pertinent, progressive professional experience in personnel, administration, accounting or a closely related field are required. A Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or a field closely related to the work being performed may be substituted for two years of experience. Directly related professional experience may be substituted for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely verbally and in writing
Ability to facilitate in a lead capacity and be comfortable with using good judgment to make independent decisions based upon limited information and time
Adept at providing performance consulting with the ability to recommend appropriate solutions to enhance individual or team performance
Possess analytical capabilities to determine the ROI of development solutions
Experience with succession planning, high-potential development programs and organizational effectiveness assessments
Experience in coaching, consultation and facilitation skills with the ability to quickly establish and build effective relationships
Possess strong organizational and project management skills to meet multiple priorities and deadlines
