Seeking a candidate for office administrative support for processing identification cards. Tasks include interacting with customers and external individuals, processing paperwork on computer, researching and reviewing documentation for accuracy, verifying eligibility and identify, and other tasks necessary to support ID card processing.
Must have strong computer skills that include data entry, word processing, and preparing electronic reports. Responsible for the accountability, control, verification, and issuance of military identification cards and CACs for Active Duty military, Reserve and National Guard members, military retirees, and family members. Ideal candidate should be prior military or very familiar with military/Army entitlements, processes, policies, and has broad knowledge of the DEERS/RAPIDS system and identification card issuance process including familiarity with the benefits and privileges connected with both the Teslin ID Card and the CAC.
Candidate will pass background investigation and must be able to obtain a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) clearance. Must be US Citizen, fluent in reading and writing English, and able to lift 20-30 pounds on occasion. Resume required.
