Admin/Clerical - Data Entry (Loan Documentation)

Immediate need for a talented Data Entry (Commercial Loan Documentation). This is a 05+ Months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Gresham, OR (Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $18.56/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Review documents, attend daily huddles, engage in training, ask questions when direction is not clear and escalate issues not already covered.

Operates a data entry terminal with speed and accuracy for a variety of data processing applications in a high volume operation.

• Inputs a high volume of information into computer files, databases, or systems.

• Proofreads and verifies information keyed.

• Processes information with a high degree of accuracy.

• Maintains filing systems and departmental records.

• May perform other clerical duties as directed.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• MS Office applications and Attention to Detail

• Commercial Loan experience, knowledge of commercial loan documentation, knowledge of Real Estate

• High School Graduate
