Commercial real estate firm located in the DC metro area, metro accessible is seeking an experienced Property Assistant. This firm is an international leading developer of multi-family and office properties. They are looking for a new dynamic team member to join their team at their office in DC. The ideal person will be detail oriented, possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Support different levels of management
Admin. (emails/phones/filing/office supplies)
Coordinate events and activities for tenants
process and issue purchase orders
code and process invoices

2+ yrs of exp. in commercial real estate (required)
BS in Accounting/Business (preferred)
M.Office (advanced)
Strong written and verbal communication skills

To be successful in this role, you should be proactive, meet deadlines and communicate effectively.
