  • Coordinates and facilitates department and campus partner meetings, takes minutes, and ensures team assignments are on track using project management software. Coordinates facilities, manages event, appeal, and office supplies, and provides support for supervisor, as needed.

  • Performs and/or oversees a variety of associated administration duties within the department. Duties include tracking department expenses, scheduling, calendaring, and managing travel arrangements.

  • Assists with campaigns, such as tracking results, event preparation and assistance, inventory supplies, and donor management.

  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Graduation from an accredited institution with a bachelor's related to the Summary of Duties or any combination of education and/or experience totaling four years.

Knowledge

  • Demonstrated experience using a comprehensive and contemporary donor database system such as Blackbaud Raisers Edge.

  •  Knowledge of best practices for tracking budget items, expenses, receipts, invoices, etc.

  • Knowledge of file management, reporting, record keeping, and tracking results.

Skills

  • Innovative, strategic thinker with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic, robust attention to detail, superb organizational skills and analytical abilities.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel, and Adobe Suite.

  • Proficient in project management software, such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday, etc.
