Performs routine administrative duties, providing shipping/receiving support function for the location, provide credit card buying support, front desk support, and support for personnel in completing travel plans, expense reports, identifying helpdesk contacts for them, or any support the employees may need.
Interfaces with travelers and travel coordinators/counselors requiring limited knowledge of systems or procedures.
Responsibilities include: using SAIC systems such as p-cards, Deltek, ES3, and other systems, entering information into a computer, preparing documents.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND CLEARANCE:
High School and five (5) years or more related experience.
Candidate must be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
Candidate must be a US Citizen.
